Ngày 20-2, Công an Hà Nội thông tin về việc xử lý tài xế nằm trên yên xe máy, đi vào đường cao tốc thuộc đại lộ Thăng Long.
Theo cảnh sát, chủ xe máy là anh P.V.T. (sinh năm 1986, hiện đang sống tại Nam Từ Liêm, Hà Nội). Khi cơ quan chức năng mời lên làm việc, anh T. xác nhận chiếc xe do anh đứng tên làm chủ.
Chiều 18-2, người giúp việc cho gia đình nhà anh là B.T.S. (sinh năm 1997, trú tại Diễn Châu, Nghệ An) đã lấy chiếc xe này đi chơi.
Làm việc với Đội cảnh sát giao thông đường bộ số 11, B.T.S. khai nhận khoảng 16h ngày 19-2, anh này có lấy xe máy của anh T. đi chơi. Sau đó, S. chạy xe vào đường cao tốc của đại lộ Thăng Long từ lối vào hầm chui Trung Hòa.
Lúc chạy trên đường cao tốc, tài xế này nằm trên yên xe đúng như nội dung clip đăng tải.

Căn cứ nội dung vụ việc và tài liệu xác minh, Đội cảnh sát giao thông đường bộ số 11 đã lập biên bản hồ sơ vụ việc, đồng thời bàn giao người và phương tiện liên quan cho Cơ quan điều tra Công an quận Nam Từ Liêm để tiếp tục xử lý theo quy định.
Trước đó, trên mạng xuất hiện đoạn clip được cho là ghi lại vào chiều 18-2. Trong clip, một ô tô có gắn camera hành trình đang lưu thông ở đường cao tốc của đại lộ Thăng Long (đoạn qua nút giao đường 70 – Nhổn). Bất ngờ một xe máy vọt lên với tốc độ rất nhanh, tạt đầu nhiều ô tô khác đang đi tốc độ cao.
Đáng chú ý, tài xế xe máy nằm sấp trên yên xe khi xe chạy.
Sau đó tài xế chuyển hướng ra khỏi đường cao tốc tại nút giao đường 70 – Nhổn.
Đại lộ Thăng Long gồm 2 hợp phần: đường cao tốc và hệ thống đường gom hai bên. Trong đó phần đường cao tốc có 6 làn xe chạy và 2 làn dừng khẩn cấp, tốc độ tối đa khai thác 100km/h.
Tại làn đường này cấm các loại xe máy, xe thô sơ, người đi bộ… lưu thông.
Một xe máy chạy tốc độ rất nhanh, tạt đầu nhiều ô tô đang đi ở đường cao tốc thuộc đại lộ Thăng Long. Đáng chú ý, tài xế xe máy nằm trên yên xe để di chuyển.
